Check Expense Codes

Organize all of your expenses with 22 predefined categories and six optional codes. Just place the appropriate reference category in the pre-printed expense code box as you write each check. At year-end, you will receive a summary statement detailing your expenditures grouped by these expense categories for all Valet Account checks written during the calendar year. This summary can simplify your budgeting and tax return preparataion.
